HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE YEAR 2018:

1) JAN. 2018: Heidi performs a LIVE stage version at We Make Movies of “Millicent & Me and The Apple Tree”. This was the pre-cursor to the short film version that followed. This was base on the Broadway musical “The Apple Tree” (from the 1960s), and is a comedy. This also was a show that was originally based on a short story by Jules Feiffer. In this version, Heidi has added her puppet Millicent to come along in the fantasy of wanting to become a movie star…

2) MARCH 2018: Heidi pre-records the 2 songs that will be in the short film in the studio of Marc Ellis, superbly produced by music supervisor/producer Betsy Hammer.

3) APRIL 2018: Heidi shoots her award-winning short film “Millicent & Me and The Apple Tree” over 2 days in Hollywood, directed by fabulous director John Beaton Hill.

4) Heidi attends the Netflix FYSEE (FYC) Event for all of their shows, including “Glow”, “Ozark”, & Orange is the New Black”, etc.

5) MAY 2018: Heidi shoots the goth character Roxette, in writer Tom Cavanaugh’s comedic web series “Hollywood Vampire”.

6) OCT. 2018: Heidi shoots the bohemian hippie-type character of Summer, in the TV series “Normal Town”. This is a hilarious comedy, with a superb cast of actors, and written and directed by the talented Toni Crey.

7). NOV. 2018: Heidi shoots the Betsy Hammer Music Video called “Me Too”, as one of a terrific ensemble cast , amazingly directed by Curtis Bechdholt.

8) Heidi shoots the poignant short film “A Simple Comfort” written by Tom Cavanaugh, and directed by Bob Telford. Heidi played the role of a reunited sister to her past family.
